Q: How does your grading system work?
A: We grade all of our used records from A-F. 

A - Unopened/Mint condition. Usually still wrapped in cellophane. 
B - Opened but like new. Barely used. 
C - Starts showing signs of love and use. Cover has minor damage and record plays well.
D - Substantial cover damage or missing sleeve but record in good condition.
F - Scratches, skips, major cover damage. We don’t sell F grade so there's no need to worry.

 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Not satisfied with your purchase, just reach out to us and we will make it right. 

 

Q: What if I buy a used album and it skips or has scratches once it arrives?
A: Yep, still money-back guarantee! Scratches, skips, water damage, or anything else, we only want to provide the best quality used records available. If something slipped by us, we want to know! 

 

Q: Where do your orders ship from?
A: All orders are sent from our headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL, USA.  And all our inventory is stored in climate controlled space, so no need to worry about our heat or humidity. Leave that to us.
